I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm
Interview
After initial 20 minute phone interview (one week later) I received an in person interview. There were 3 people interviewing me and they only asked me about 5 questions. Sort of informal type of interview but came across as mostly serious and wanted to get through it quickly from the start.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to establish a new working relationship that involved a new product? How did you go about doing this? (Question had nothing to do with job being hired for)
It was a panel interview with three claims teams managers. Questions were about how you demonstrated various competencies in other jobs or positions, with specific examples needed using the STAR method.
