I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in May 2013
Interview
Very specific process to follow, very professional people greet you and take you to the interview room and you are interviewed by 2-3 team members. The interviewers were professional, straight to the point and very nice. They made the interview very comfortable. The whole process is a bit long though, they do take their time and are very selective. You have to follow up every step of the process as specified or they will terminate the offer and you will not be allowed to apply again for another job until 12 months after.

Question 1
To give examples of scenarios for different problems to be solved by you.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Jan 2026
Interview
For this position you only had to do an interview with no one on the other end and you will either get selected or denied. There are five questions that you have to answer. They are pretty straight forwarded questions. You get three different tries to record a response. I suggest using the first two to get what you want to say in order and then using your last try to answer.
They ask several question where they want you to recall a specific instance. Have some times you did some of the listed skills (teamwork, problem solving, etc) necessary in mind.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
Not hard at all, was online and they ask mainly STAR based questions. Like the tell me about a time when questions, mainly problem solving and solution based. If you’re able to do that you’ll nail the interview.
