      Interview

When I interviewed the process was straight forward. There were no tricky questions, just questions about your experience and where you want to be in 5 years. Compared to other interview processes I've been through, this felt the most honest and straight forward.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Street (Kansas City, MO) in Sept 2015

      Interview

First there was a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Pretty simple questions, kind of a get to know you interview. The second interview was at State Street in person. Similar questions tailored to why you want to work there, how you overcome problems.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. Question 1

How would you deal with a team member that wasn't pulling their weight, and can you provide an example of what you did in a situation like that?
