Phone Interview with call lasting 30 minutes to an hour. Mainly a discussion on job responsibilities along with discussion of my background and the technical aspect of the job if my computer met minimum standards

Interview
I was already working for their sister Company, J. Lodge, LLC. I was selected for the Stateside BPO position based on prior work history. There was no interview process as I already worked for them and was switching to another side of the company. The interview process was easy, non-traditional, and entirely by telephone and internet contact. No one came to my house door. I did not have to commute to the appointment. I felt this interview process was not intrusive, fit my schedule, and made me feel like a wonderful and valued human being.
