Interview
The first phase was BUPLAS assessment, then the HR interview which was easy. Then Operations Interview by the TL or Manager. Depending on the account, the final phase was the Client interview.

Question 1
HR interview was about previous job experiences and why did you leave your previous job. The operations interview was more about incorporating your job experiences into the offered role and also a lot of behavioral questions like what if your Supervisor asked you to do an urgent task, what would you do? The client interview was about testing your communications skills if they will fit the position. Here is where you need to brag about your achievements and skills.

Primer entrevista con rrhh y segunda con lider de operaciones. puesto inside sales, en un fc de ventas con las cuentas de tu propia cartera me parece poco etico te piden hasta el nombre de cliente y tipo de servicio

Very easy process I did a phone screen then in house interview. It lasted about 20 minutes no pressure...then was given the job offer. Just be yourself and have confidence.
