Video interview, was normal. Was asked to do a project, and like others who posted here, I was ghosted after submission. I followed up a handful of times, and mostly got silence. One time I got a response back and was told they would get back to me by “Thursday”. Four weeks went by and still nothing. It’s incredibly rude to ghost someone after they have shown a great deal of interest and after spending several hours on a project.
