Phone interview to inquire about experience. Live interview with MGR to discuss background and experience. We discussed some aspects of the job and overall responsibilities. The job had many similar aspects to my career in the uniform industries. That went well and he set up a telephone interview with Reg. Mgr. All went very smoothly.

Quick turnaround. First interview was approximately one week after I submitted my application. 2nd interview was the week after. Good balance between behavioral questions, work experience, and personal conversation. I stress this because too many companies have made interviews 100% behavior based which, in my opinion, doesn't capture all of the qualities of an applicant. I was interviewed by 3 different people. All of them were professional, courteous, and welcoming. Great experience compared to other interviews in which I've participated.
