Interview
Fairly quick interview process, with 3 steps. Asked to complete a task but they didn't ask for it in the interview, so I was a little disappointed. People were nice and outlined in detail the role.
Didn't get an offer but it was nice meeting them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strategic Agenda (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Overall, a total waste of time. The first interview was only 15 minutes long, but it felt like an interrogation with interviewers asking tricky questions and trying to fit around 10 questions in that limited timeframe. I felt like there wasn't enough time for me to reply each question properly. Strangely, I got invited to the second interview which was to meet the team at their office. They were 10 minutes late. The hiring manager asked some strange and totally unrelated questions and that made me think they don't know who they're looking for. They mentioned that this role was open before but they couldn't find a candidate with a very specific and niche experience that they needed. Huge red flag!!

Didn’t come back to let me know about the outcome of the interview and didn’t provide any feedback, although I feel like I put lots of effort into presenting myself and deserved at least to know the results
