A written exam, a numerical test and inductive reasoning test and two case study interviews lasting an hour each. Both case studies were standard and required no previous knowledge. Tests were a similar standard to the ones you complete online before the interview. Both interviewers were nice and not intimidating at all, put me at ease straight away.
