Interviewed directly with the founder who made very rude assumptions about me, asking me why my resume was too perfect for my age and trying to ascertain if I was hiding anything (I was not). It came off as extremely unprofessional and I declined a second interview with the person I would have supposedly been replacing.

Phone interview with the founder, in-person interview with the founder and 2 account executives, and an assessment. I received a rude response after hearing nothing back after showing a ton of interest in the position. I did not get a good feeling from this company.

After an initial phone interview with the hiring manager, i received an invite in to interview I n-person with the Principal and hiring manager.
In the in-person, the interview seemed to focus on whether or not I could run social media campaigns and assist with website builds. They were looking for an account services person to help with clients needing digital work.
