I appreciated that the HR person reached out to me promptly after my application was submitted, and kindly let me know after interviewing that I would not be moving forward in the process. However, the interview itself was sloppy. I wasn't asked any questions at all, simply asked to spout off anything and everything that would inform my success in the role. If I had been given a notice of this ahead of time, I would have prepared a more thorough presentation of myself, but I was prepared for an interview-- you know, one with questions.
