Interview
first the recruiter, then gallup and never heard back after that, Could not understand what the Gallup interview was looking for. Mostly yes or no questions. It is supposed to be all psychological questions to see if you fit in with the Stryker culture whatever that is supposed to mean.
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.

Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.
