Suffolk Independent Living Organization interview questions

I was called back for a second interview pretty quickly. Both interviews seemed to go very well and each lasted about 60minutes. At the end of the second interview I asked when they are looking to fill the position. I was told by one of the executives a decision will be made by Thursday of that week and that I would be notified with either an offer or a decline. Since leaving that second interview nobody has called or followed up with me at all. Very frustrating to spend time preparing for 2 interviews in 2 weeks and then the place just ghosts me. Very unprofessional.
