2. Stage: Case study: LBO, commercial
3. Stage: Meet an additional 3 senior members of the firm

First round was with HR, then a 30 minute chat with partner ahead of an interview with three principals ahead of a case study and a Superday. Overall felt like a very smooth and professional process.

Interview
Multiple rounds, case studies, behavioral questions. Interviewed with about 8 people. Two rounds of back-to-back interviews with 4 people. Case studies were pretty tough. Met on Zoom and then in person.
Applied online, heard back from HR and had a phone screen with a light case study. Had two phone interviews with two different associates. The associates asked the same questions.
