I applied to Super.com directly via their website. I had a phone screening, a few live coding exercises, a team fit interview, and a technical discussion interview.
During my initial phone screening, it was very obvious that the person I was talking to had actually read my resume and knew it inside out, which was a pretty early green flag to see in a market full of automatic rejections that seem to never reach a human. The answers to my questions were honest, whether good or bad, with no sugarcoating, which I also really appreciated.
Interviews were always scheduled for me quickly and the representative I worked with was very responsive and helpful with all my questions and my at-the-time difficult schedule.
Many of my interviews went well over the alotted time because we were having an engaging conversation. I left every interview with a positive impression of the company and the people who work here. The only negative feeling I had was thinking I had done poorly on the coding exercises (second guessing myself too much, etc) but in reality the interviewer had not indicated that this was the case (so if you're interviewing for a similar position, just come prepared and don't be afraid to think out loud and don't be too hard on yourself). Each coding exercise was followed by having time to ask questions back and forth, which I found to be a good experience.
I had to exit the pipeline in the late stages for extenuating personal circumstances. When I applied again at a later date, I was accommodated and welcomed back enthusiastically.
So far, my experience working here has been just as welcoming and positive as my experience with the interview process led me to believe it would be, and the work has been both interesting and challenging.
