      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman in May 2025

      Interview

Grammarly's interview process was by far the most in-depth screening I've ever been through, but I GREATLY appreciated the amount of time and effort that went into it. It shows their dedication to finding top-level employees to be the face of their company. It started with a phone screen from the recruiter which was really personable and informative. I learned a lot about the position and was able to give my background and why I could be a good fit. I then moved on to meet with the SBDR manager that involved more behavioral questions and to better assess if I would be the right fit for the job. I was moved onto the next round which included a mock qualification call, role-play scenario, and then met with both the BDR manager and SBDR manager for more behavioral questions and "tell me about a time you..." type questions. After that, I met with the Director of Business Development and the Manager for Commercial Sales. The next day I was offered the position and accepted. Each interview was purposeful, perfectly laid out, and challenging. I was asked a multitude of questions that ranged from "Why Grammarly?" to "What do you need in a team in order to succeed?" On paper the process does seem long, however, I did appreciate how important it was to the company that they were hiring the right person for this role. My situation was a little different and took about a month from start to finish.

      Interview

It was brief and 4 stages. I was gotten back to pretty quickly. I didn't get the job because of me saying the wrong thing in the final steps. Not the hardest interview, just looking for specific answers.

      Interview

I recently went through the hiring process for a BDR role and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The recruiter provided incredible guidance, keeping me updated with clear instructions and timely feedback at every stage. What stood out most was the team I met during the interview process. Every conversation felt authentic and collaborative, which made me feel comfortable and even more excited about the mission. It’s rare to find a process that is this organized while still feeling so human. I’m thrilled to be joining such a thoughtful and high-performing team!

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (Denver, CO) in Apr 2026

      Interview

Interview process was was demanding, extensive, yet very clear & smooth. Coordination/communication between TA team was concise & digestible the entire way. 4 rounds in total, recruiter screener, mock cold call with 2 managers/alongside behavioral questions. Final round is broken into 2 parts, on the same day. 30 minutes with Manager A, 30 min break & 20 minutes with an AE manager. Everyone was so personable, human & culutre seems great overall.
