Interview
The application asked a lot of detailed questions that most people don't remember off the top of their heads, like the address of your high school and previous workplaces. There was one interview that took place with the hiring manager, and there was a background check that followed. Drug testing was mandatory. I heard back pretty quickly - within 1-2 weeks.
