2. Follow-up from recruiter asking for timeslots for a phone call with the hiring manager. Timeslots not respected: call outside of them. Great conversation with the hiring manager, it didn't feel like an interview.
3. Follow-up from HR asking for timeslots for in-person interview. Sent information about SurveyMonkey products to read but the position was for Wufoo.
4. Long in-person interview, almost 4 hours. 5 rounds about half an hour each. Some people were better interviewers than others but I appreciated the diverse group.
The entire process took about 4 weeks from the day I applied till I got the call that they were passing on me. Overall they were responsive but there was a bit of waiting to hear back.
