I applied online. I interviewed at Suture Health in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was very weird. I met with two other team members and the second call, there weren’t any questions. The staff member just asked me if I had questions for her and told me about her job. I waited to hear back following the interviews and never heard anything, even though they told me they’d get back to me about the salary because they never told me what the actual salary was for the role. I reached out after about a week and they have ghosted me for about a month now. I don’t recommend wasting your time, especially when they don’t even give you basic info like the salary after 2 different 40+ minute calls.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Suture Health (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2023
Interview
There were a couple of standard behavioral interviews with the CEO as well as the engineering lead, mostly looking at cultural fit and asking standard questions about your experience on your resume. The biggest part was coming up with a JIRA board and wireframe for a mock product (a healthcare dashboard that allowed users and doctors to access patient data and setup appointments). It was pretty open ended and mostly wanted to just see your creative process. While it wasn't super difficult, it did take a long time (the total interview process took almost two months, which led me to accepting a different offer).

Question 1
What will you do during your first month on the job?
I had an initial screening call scheduled with someone at Suture Health and they never even showed up to the interview. They did not reach out to explain what had happened, either.
