After applying, I received an invitation to complete an unsupervised technical test, which included a mix of multiple choice questions and coding tasks and lasted about 3 hours. This was followed by an initial interview with HR. The next stage was a take-home development task, which was quite extensive and took me over 60 hours to complete. After submitting this task, I had a feedback call with the development team. The final stage was an interview with the CEO, after which I received a job offer.
