Mostly fit based. Many questions about my skills in leadership and how to handle group dynamics. 45 minutes maximum, very standard overall. Felt like a conversation, rather than question and answer.
Two interviews, first was 1 on 1, second was 2 person panel. Both very natural and non-stressful environment. Friendly and welcoming and no questions were really technical based. Only asked current skills and if willing to learn new skills.

I had a basic interview where half of the time was spent asking the interviewer questions about the company. The interviewer was a cool guy and things ran smoothly.
