I think the interview process is what separates SEI from other companies. Most companies have 1-2 interviews...tops. SEI puts candidates through the gauntlet (6-8 interviews). Candidates will meet with everyone from the CEO and COO up in Cincinnati to the Managing Director and Consultants in the Atlanta office. Culture fit and skills fit are equally important at SEI. That's why the interview process is so thorough. We're trying to make sure the candidates are a good fit for SEI...but also that SEI is a good fit for them.
