How I would manage to communicate to up to 30 staff in a shift. Busy day and all staff coming in on different shifts.
The interview process was generally okay but had some issues. There were a few scheduling mix-ups, and the interviewers seemed a bit rushed. Overall, i feel that it could have been smoother.

Sat down in the office for about an hour General questions, most challenging job, good customer service etc Then shown around the warehouse/storage room. Alot of questions seemed like they were trying to scare you about the job, giving you worst case scenarios
