HR Muhammad Ibrahim explained everything about the company and checked the candidate's future goals and interests in a very nice way. He tracked the interview slot and arranged it at my convenience. Whenever I needed assistance with my interview slot, he was proactive in helping me out. He provided feedback quickly.

The interview process at TEKsystems consists of a phone screen, interview with the directors of the local office, and an in office shadow. The process is fairly conversational and gives you a good idea of the people you will interact with internally.

Applied for an IT Support contract role on the company website. Received a phone call from a recruiter and did a screening interview with a few technical questions. The total time was less than a week.

I had a recruiter from TEKsystems reach out to me about an opportunity in a LinkedIn message that I was interested in moving forward, so we scheduled a time for a call in which the recruiter no-showed. I reached back out asking for an update on the missed connection and she rescheduled with me for a new time, but once again no showed without any communications as to why she was unable to connect and zero follow up from her after the second time she ghosted me.

There were two rounds of interviews by two separate teams and they were very relaxed. It was a good experience and I got the job. I would highly recommend taking this interview.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First it was a phone call asking about resume details and then it was a hackerrank. Following that was another video call in which they asked some more questions.

Very smooth, paperwork easy to understand, on-boarding is the best I have seen in 27 years. Ahead of the game with the virtual onboarding experience. Multiple locations makes it easier if Onsite HR activities are needed.

Approached by a recruiter/employee on Whatsapp after applying on LinkedIn. We scheduled a call for the next day but never received a call or a message back after I reached out to the number. It's up to you to decide what to think about this. However, I consider this highly disrespectful towards applicants as we block time in our agendas.
