it was very confusing, because they first try to make a conversation in english with you, then they ask you about your actual salary, then how much do ypu want, finally if you said the salary that they want, the make you a technical exam, that I consider easy, but if you ask more money, they make a difficult one, very hideous process

It was fast and clear. The interviewer asks about my experiences with programming. Also asked about certain scenario's that involves the tasks with the job. also asked the expected salary.
