The process was pretty standard fare. There were 2 interviews, the first was with management. The first one was interesting in the fact that it was with higher up employees of the company. Coming from a big company before, this was a nice change. The second interview involved technical staff. The questions were as expected in an interview - generally what I have done, what they do and how I would fit.
