Interviewed in office by two TSA Officers. Questions were off of a sheet. Officers said beforehand that they could not give feedback and they pretty much took it to an extreme and would only repeat the question if asked. They do tell you pretty much right after if you passed the interview (I did not).

the process to get hired at TSA is very long due to the background check, testing, and drug test. during the interview, they will give you a color test to see if you can actually use the equipment
