Interview
After you apply, you'll get an email with one invitation to participate in the process. You give them your availability. The first interview is with the HR & Development Manager. It's a soft interview with her, where you talk about your CV, personal information, family, and your motivations with the position. The contract they offer is a 2-year contr at first, and later you sign an undefinetily contract.
If you pass this first interview, you'll get a second interview with the Control Room Coordinator. This interview is very similar with the before one, and you talk again about your CV (but with more detalis), current job, motivations, information you have about the company, and some technical aspects about the position. You have to answer just few technical questions, and later they explain in detail the tasks in the position you are applying for.
If you pass this second interview, you'll get a third interview with the Head of Operations and again with the Control Room Coordinator. 2 days in advance to this interview, you'll get a business case. And in this interview you have to do a presentation of the business case and how you could solve it. This part takes around 20 mins. After that, you have to answer a long round of tought questions (40 mins aprox) about the case. They also question about another technical issues. After 1 hour pushing you to the limit, they leave you with 3 partners of the Operation Team. You have to talk with them around 15 mins each one. Finally you have a talk with the HR & Development Manager again, to solve doubts and clear all the information. She reminds you the offer, ask you about your salary expectances, they offer a Basic Remuneration with a Productivity Bonus (around 30% of the salary), another bonus for work on shifts, one iphone, one laptop, and a Location Agent who help you and your family with all the papers to move to Germany. This person also will help you with the search of a house in Munich.
I didn't get the job.
