I recently went through a two-round interview process with this company. The first round was with the hiring manager, who took me through my resume and explained the job responsibilities. The second round was a panel presentation where I presented one of my projects to the team for 30 minutes. They mentioned they would get back to me soon, but after waiting for two weeks, I reached out to inquire about their decision. Unfortunately, I never received a response. This lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional. What's more, a similar experience happened to a friend of mine who was also ghosted after the first round of interviews with this company. It's disappointing that they do not keep candidates informed of their decisions. Professional courtesy should be a priority in the hiring process.

Applied through recruiters, had two rounds of interview, first round went fine, second round video interview where they didnot share their video but asking us to share ours. It's kind of blind interview hard to make any eye contact. Really grilled the questions, one of the interviewer (Russian Lady, can not name becaz of glassdoor policy) ask too many questions on one topic and push really to a corner. Asking too many imaginative questions and asking to explain code orally and in detail which is really wierd. I have 8 years of experience, The way I see the interview is really pushing the candidates to a corner where they can not answer and she also kind of intimidating. Also she don't understand each programmer write the code different, she was expecting answer how she write.. like if you give one answer , then any other way etc... later found that they just done interviews but never hired any one looks like it's a Ghost job.
