Talix interview questions

Interview with the hiring manager and then the senior VP. The hiring manager was fine - very friendly and nice. The SVP I spoke with was rude - he missed my first interview and was condescending when he finally made it to the interview. Because of their tone and heavy accent of the interviewer, I suspect that their culture of the firm is extremely hierarchical. It seems that the firm is experiencing attrition (which isn't surprising - as all the other Glassdoor reviews are negative). The SVP was extremely assumptive about my experience which is strange. Organizations often have different roles that PMs work with which will change their responsibilities. This specifically made me de-prioritize the firm against all others in flight.

Great, really enjoyed meeting the people there. Talix has a great atmosphere, great location and overall great feel. I had a wonderful time interviewing there, and have enjoyed working here now for 3 years .
