I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Lugoff, SC) in Oct 2009
Interview
I initially received an offer to interview for an internship position with Target at the NSHMBA conference. This first interview was straightforward and very behavioral based (tell me about a time when you...). It lasted around 45 minutes.
A couple weeks later I was contacted over the phone and asked to interview at a local distribution center. I interviewed with 3 different people and they had a packet of questions and they would flip through and choose random scenarios/behavioral based questions that I needed to answer. Again, very straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you failed to accomplish something.
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.
There was a total of three rounds. First was phone screening with recruiter, second was with a manager and third was with a panel of mangers at the distribution center.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2025
Interview
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
