I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (Bengaluru) in Jun 2008
Interview
Since it was a recruitment drive at college, there was an initial screening round that consisted of an aptitude test. There were a couple of C programming questions as well. After the screening the interview was scheduled for the next morning. There were three interview rounds, a technical, a pressure (which had a couple of technical questions) and finally a personality round. It was easy; they hardly ask core technical questions. Confidence and a command of communication skills was what I judge they were looking for.
