The interview process was great , Ben is really straightforward and tells you exactly what the job is , How it works , and laid out a realistic pathway for success for anyone who's willing to put the work in and make a solid paycheck with realistic sales goals and targets for bonus and paid commissions along with an hourly rate of pay.
