I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Teads in May 2015
Interview
Pretty straightforward: the hiring manager reached out to me from a common acquaintance. We then met for an initial interview that went very well. Next their recruiter and I met via Skype. I had another 3 interviews on Skype and lastly, I gave a market presentation to the local team. Then, the recruiter reached out again and asked for 3 references, which she checked almost right away. All this took about 2 weeks and was a delightful experience. But then.... silence. For 3 weeks. Not a single email reply, nothing. I finally was able to grab the recruiter's attention, who finally told me they had changed their mind and priorities and, despite my qualifications, now decided to hire someone for another location instead.
No innovation, siloed. Bad vibes from start to finish. Incentives capped, even if a high amount of business was brought in. There’s a limit to what you can do, person doing the interview was not friendly and lacked any real charisma
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your interactions did not reflect the positive and collaborative environment we strive for. We take this feedback seriously and will use it to continue improving our processes and overall candidate experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teads (Singapore) in Feb 2024
Interview
The in house interviewer seemed very jaded and uninterested in the process. Felt very cold and her physical cues were mostly exasperation, didn’t get to the second round but I wasn’t eager to get in after the first round
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teads in Oct 2023
Interview
4 stage interview process including a business case to present (1 with HR, 1 with hiring Manager & 1 with a VP). Never received any feedback after the last round and decided to discontinue the process.
