Absolutely negative experience. I had the opportunity to interview for them earlier this year and it didn't work out for my experience may not have been enough for the position. This time around it was an entry-level position which required student work experience. I applied because of the positive exp i had with the same hiring manager and the HR manager. Safe to say, it has been nothing short of insulting. After a week of the interview, only after I sent an email request for an update, I got a template reply saying highly-skilled candidates stood a better chance. are you serious? My skills are perfectly clear from my cv, references and cover letter. If that didnt look satisfying, you should not have asked me for an interview. When I pressed further for an actual reason, because this is not even basic hiring etiquette. I was told that they hired internally! So, why is that you advertised the position which ended up having 200 plus applicants? See, the experience and time goes both ways & there's something fundamentally wrong with the team and company's approach if you only care about yourselves. Hiring experiences are also part of employer branding and this reflects very poorly of the culture practiced again. I am more disappointed in the way it was handled than not getting a job with them.
