I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage
There were a series of interviews ranging in focus from personality, technical and cultural. I was told that there are many times a presentation component, and while I was not asked to do this piece, I was asked to put together a business plan/strategy for my first year with the company.
- What would be your plan over the next year to grow the business?

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2021
The interview process was thorough, but not exhausting. I had an initial interview with the director of sales, met with the VP, then the SVP. After meeting with the teams I would be reporting to I then had a screening call with HR. After the screening call that was the end of the interview process.
- The questions asked were very conversational

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2021
It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. TBI made me feel right at home. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and friendly. They all told me what they do for TBI and how long they have been at TBI. One thing stood out from all the other companies I had interviewed with. That was, "Does your Company believe in a Work/Life Balance. When I brought that up some companies could not even answer that questions and others just changed the subject.
- Why do you want to work at TBI.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2021
One of the best interview processes I have experienced. The process took about three weeks. One phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with the Senior Accounting Manager, followed by an interview with the Senior Vice President of Finance, Payroll Manager, and Accounting Coordinator. Then one final phone interview with the Senior Accounting Manager. Finding the perfect candidate and long term fit for your business is very important. Everything I learned about TBI through the process let me know they are a great company to work for. Although I was selected as one of the final candidates but was not selected as the final candidate. I found the interview processes thorough, professional, and well thought.
- Questions were centered around my experience, resume, what I could bring to TBI, and how I would fit in with the team.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage (Lake Wales, FL) in Jul 2021
The interview process was great. Very organized. I had the opportunity to meet with an employee already in my role, and technical resource that I will be working with and of course management.
- The one question I remember the most was why is a manhole cover round? It was the first time I heard that question on an interview. Great analogy with why TBI exists and the value they provide

I applied online. I interviewed at Telecom Brokerage
Normal Interview Process, thought it would be more event based questioning like the job description but it was way more marketing based, kind of confusing since when I asked more about the role it was heavy event /vendor qualifications.
- Can't really remember off the top of my head.

Pre screen with HR VP, then calls with mangers on the team and hiring managers. Covering key points on resume and my personal philosophy on sales. Interviewers asked tough questions in the beginning, but were more conversational by the end.
- Asked General questions regarding work history

Open Q&A session on Zoom mostly focused on myself and experiences. What I can bring to the company and role. Some light reading about the specifics of the position and products that I might be selling. There was also a practice pitch phone call.
