First I had to held the interview for selecting. There were a formalities of documentation both online on its official website and offline. After all, all have to go through the training session and to pass internal or external certification for working on floors.
- First I was asked about myself. Their abother question was where were you find this job opportunity. Then they asked to speak on covid-19 . And the last question was salary expectation.

There are 2 stage of interview process: after you get the phone call by 1 of the recruiter, you will be given a choice to choose date and time for the iv conducted virtually or online 1st stage - recruiter / talent acquisition 2nd stage - hiring manager You have to pass both stages to be accepted for the role of content moderator.
