Interview Question

Associate Interview Tokyo (Japan)

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to become the

recruiter? What's your motivation? What was the difficult task in your experience and how have you overcame that? What is the most important thing in the recruiting? A lot of role plays, such as, "pitch me the job", "if you knew the company has the bad reputation, and you got an offer for your candidate, what would you do?" "If the candidate pissed at our firm and telling us not using us again, what would you do?"

It's hard to remember what exactly I said, but every answer needs to have clear logic, therefore I recommend using STAR approach (plz google it if you didn't know already) to answer all questions.

Not sure about the other office, in the Tokyo office, a lot of managers, directors appreciated aggressive, and you'll definitely need to be aggressive to get the job done sometime. Some don't panic or afraid, be straight and direct towards the questions they ask, and be yourself.

As long as you have a sales-mind, you'll get this job offer.
