    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tesco Bengaluru (Bengaluru) in July 2011.

    Interview

Three rounds with no relation to the process one is being selected for. Basic accounting questions. The Interviewer himself/herself isn't professional enough in terms of soft skills. Bad communication skills coupled with no respect to one's time. Anyways, easy for a candidate to clear the interview rounds

    Negotiation

Very tough. They have their final say
