Interviewed first for an initial screening and was moved on to the second phase which was an hour-long interview panel with three employees of varying titles. After that, I was ghosted by the recruiter. It would have been nice for them to show an ounce of decency to at least write an email informing me that I didn't get the position. Usually, this is a red flag that the company is either disorganized or has a huge understaffing issue.
