I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Fort Collins, CO) in Aug 2011
Interview
Quick conversation with the manager in charge of the kitchen crew. I went in and filled out an appication and spoke with a manager on duty. I was then introduced to the kitchen manager who sat down with me and interviewed me. Since I already knew many of the employees it was more of just a meet and greet and they offered me the job.
