The company is first generation and still growing. The organization structure does not seem set. I responded to newspaper advertisement and received a call soon after. After few preliminary questions on my e-commerce experience, I was called for interview next day. It was not much interview as expectation was sales, not e-commerce. Budget is not defined, there is no vision or direction of the company as far as e-commerce is concerned.
