You are only valuable to them if you have worked at a FAANG. Even if you have proven international work that has impacted the lives of millions of people, you are useless to them. They asked me to record a video on Loom explaining more about my experiences and they didn't even bother to watch it. They turned me down without evaluating me. Super arrogant and overbearing. Avoid this trap.

The interview process was detailed and thorough. There were 3 levels of interviewing and each one was professional yet friendly. Availability was convenient and the communication from the Senior Recruiting manager was consistent and engaging.
