Interviews at The CWD Group
I was taking interview today for one of the candidate for my project. That guy already has 4 offers (220% hike) but he wanted to join nagarro because as per him opening in nagarro is more align to his skill set. (Asking for 250 %) I rejected him without any question. Reason I know he will be able to ans each and every ques and he might be a good fit for this opening but I know he will not join this company. (40 days left for his notice period) Not sure if I was right but it was worth it.
Have received an offer from Gartner of 72 + 8 (Fixed + Variable) LPA in INR India Location. This is like dream was just waiting for me to become true at this early stage of my life ....... 😀😀 Role - Business Financials SME. I won't ask in hand calculations here .... I am just happy to share this news.

I applied through an employee referral The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The CWD Group (Seattle, WA)
I had an initial interview with the Director of Operations, it was a formal well organized interview. Second interview with a potential work partner to see if working styles and experience would work well together. Everything was very professional.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Toronto, ON
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The CWD Group (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2010
First i had a phone interview for about 30 minutes, just standard questions and discussion of the resume.... this was followed by a face to face interview lasting about an hour, where again you run through your resume and then they make you do a mock sales pitches and mock sales situations... after a week i was contacted and asked to do a personality survey which was followed by a short 15min ineterview where you went through the test and explained your answers in more detail...
