I applied online and I got a call back in a day or two, but the Recruiter kept calling when I wasn't home, we played phone tag a few times and finally after the 4th day she called when I was home. Interview was about 15 minutes, she went over my work history, asked me questions on my experience and a few specific scenarios on situations I had in the past and how I handled them. She went on to tell me a little about the salary and company itself, then offered me a 1 on 1 interview.
I went to the 1 on 1 interview a few days later, I was 15 minutes early, and ended up waiting 40 minutes for my interview that was scheduled at 11. The lobby was nice, the employees were casually dressed, far more casual then I was expecting.
The interviewer came and got me and we talked about my experiences and work history a few more specific scenarios on work situations and how I handled it. (Be prepared and have very specific and detailed situations you have had in the past, from the beginning of the end.)
He read interview questions off of a prepared sheet, took notes and asked me if I had any questions, I had a few and he concluded the interview, he asked me if I could stay for another interview, which I accepted.
The next interviewer was a manager and she proceeded to ask me very similar questions from a prepared list. A few more scenarios on how I would handle situations and personal questions on how I would resolve conflict with coworkers. Overall everyone was pretty nice and outgoing.
