Ghosted after Finial Interview!! Clorox is a big company and I have heard lots of great things about them. I was really excited to interview and hopefully work for them. The position I applied for thru their website was a full-time position. An internal recruiter reached out to me and said the roll was filled but they had a second role with the same title but was contract to perm. She asked if I was interested in it. I said yes and she setup an interview with the hiring Manager which was a director. That interview also had 2 other technical people in it and once it was done, both the Director and I continued to discuss the role and the hourly rate and when I could start etc. I never heard back from her. I sent her a thank you email and follow up email checking on next steps as I was led to believe I got the job. A week later I send an email to the internal recruiter asking for a status update but her reply was, she forwarded my email to the Director. I never heard a word back from them. Needless to say, this has not left a good impression regarding the company. Now I tell my friends and any one near me to stay clear of Clorox, they have some bad actors working there.
