Got contacted by a recruiter about the job. I was told it was a junior position. I first had a nice call with the CTO. After that I was brought in for an interview with 2 developers. They made me do some problem solving exercises and it became clear immediately that this weren't questions for a junior level applicant. The C# exercises were hard but I got through them, but the SQL exercises were impossible for me and I had to tell them that I couldn't solve them. After that they asked me some general questions and then the interview was over. A few days later I was contacted by the recruiter that they were going to look for other applicants.
