i submitted a online then took a test called in then got the job offer. they were really nice and my recruiter gave me her number was easy to reach with any questions. she kept me in the loop and called me numerous time so i didnt have to worry. two weeks after interview i recieved a offer
Interview process was very refreshing. A somewhat casual approach with a welcoming vibe and honestly fun questions. The Hartford seems to hope that in the interview process they're able to deduce if your core values match the company's core values.
