I was hired during covid so it was a little bit different. I was hired through their automated system based on the assessment which was fairly easy. It’s just basic customer service questions and situations that you have to agree or disagree upon.

Interview
You put in an application online on their website. After a week or so, you will have a phone interview then sent to the store they need you at to be interviewed. You will be interviewed by the HR representative for the store. Then they will set up a second interview with you. Either the same day or day after. You will be interviewed by the Manager or Assistant store manager. Then it's all on your responses.

Ask you a series of questions as to why you are right for the jobs and identifying past examples proving so. Several role playing interactions to demonstrate your FIRST behaviors as will as sales man-ship.
