interview itself was fine. However, you can tell from these interviews that the company is a mess. They will hire anyone. Why am i being asked to babysit paralegals and check on them to make sure they are doing their job on top of doing my own job. Thats two jobs and i would only be getting paid for one. It is not in my job description to babysit a paralegal, do not let them make you think that this is normal, cooperation with paralegals is expected but not training them on how to do their job.
